Steve Sammut is a senior sales management professional with extensive experience in the safety market across a diverse range of Industries including mining, Infrastructure, utilities and healthcare.

His journey in the safety field progressed from the front line into senior management. He gained technical aptitude from his early roles as an account manager, working alongside global manufacturers to provide solutions for his clients.

He then built on his skillsets moving into leadership roles within the safety and industrial market with his most recent role as General Manager of Safety, leading a technical division of safety specialists.

Steve’s reputable approach to business has been based on his ethical nature and strong morals, driving to surpass goals and ensuring reliability. He has proven to be a source of value by clients and colleagues alike. Steve specialises in building client relationships, shaping work environments and finding new market opportunities.

His mission is to encourage and support those around him, using his can-do attitude and uplifting energy to inspire his peers to work hard and succeed. Steve’s goal is to instill a culture of integrity in line with his personal values.

Steve holds a post graduate degree in business administration and management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM). The decision to go back to school after many years in the workforce, was a personal investment made by Steve to build upon his skillsets and gain experiences in new fields all whilst working full time and supporting his family.

He is inspired daily by his wife and two children Xavier and Nieve. In his free time, Steve enjoys being involved in his kid's sports and likes working around the house on hands-on projects.
